Inside Out and Home Truths are currently only available here on our website, and occasionally through selected retailers and Pop-Up shops worldwide.

What currency are your prices in?
Our prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) at checkout. However, on each product page you’ll find a currency converter to show prices in your home currency.

What payment methods do you accept? 
We accept the following payment methods:

  • Secure Credit Card Payment Online (Visa/Mastercard)
  • PayPal (including Visa/Mastercard/Amex)

Do you charge GST?
GST is included for all Australian customers. If purchasing internationally, no Goods & Services Tax is applied.


Do you charge shipping?
We have 3 options available:

  • Free shipping (arrives in 7-14 business days to metro areas worldwide. No tracking included).
  • Express shipping – Add $10 AUD (arrives in 6 business days to all metro areas worldwide. Plus, tracking included).
  • Superspeed shipping – Add $20 AUD  (arrives in 2 business days to all metro areas worldwide. Plus, tracking included and signature on delivery).

How do I track my order?
If you’ve selected free shipping, we unfortunately cannot track your order. If you’ve selected express or superspeed shipping, you will receive a tracking number to your inbox with info on how to track your parcel.

I’ve entered the wrong address in my order! What do I do?
If you have entered the wrong address please contact us immediately, as once parcels are dispatched they are out of our control. Return to sender incurs a $20 Fee.

What do I do if my order doesn’t arrive on time?
You can track the progress of your order using the Article ID on the Australia Post website if you’ve selected express or superspeed shipping. If your parcel delivery exceeds your delivery date, please contact us.

Express and superspeed orders that exceed delivery time are trackable. Any free shipping orders that exceed delivery time we are unfortunately unable to track. A free shipping order must exceed 3 months past the expected delivery date in order for Australia Post to consider it ‘missing’ in transit, at which point you are eligible for a refund (of the product cost plus delivery) from Australia Post. Anastasia Amour (this site) provides no refunds for missing parcels outside of our control, goods damaged by postal workers, incorrect address details as entered by the customer or variables that we cannot control.

If the Anastasia Amour shipping team is responsible through human error or other fault for defective goods, incorrectly entered address details or other shipping errors, a refund or replacement will be provided to the customer at no expense to them.
