Today’s video is all about getting you MOVING! You’re going to be hitting pause on the video multiple times while you complete some challenges and exercises, so make sure you’re watching this at a time where you’re free of distractions and stresses. For the exercise included, you may also wish to use this worksheet (however you can also complete it with a notepad and pen or even a blank Word doc… you know the drill!).
